I like to laugh. I don't care who or what I laugh about, as long as I find it amusing. I like people who can laugh at themselves and then laugh at me. People tell me that I'm really funny.

Ok so I'm writing because I have to. Writing itself isn't the hard part, talking about myself is, and/or writing anything while being a perfectionist is. I know I have a warm heart, and love being there to help whenever help is needed. I know it may sound vain but I know I'm smart, although I see it more as from learning about the things in the world from a natural curiosity about how things work. I also prefer odd and eccentric things.

I've been in Colorado since 2004. About 20 years of dealing with Arizona summers seems to have conditioned me to love Colorado winters all the more. (I still get excited when it snows!)

Well lets see i am a college film student who is 23 years old. Who likes to read watch T.V. movies DVD's listen to music go outside snuggle up in bed on the weekends as we sleep in late. You just the normal stuff i guess. Just anything that is fun exciting and full of life.

I like to sing, dance, play sports, look at the stars, go to the beach, things like that. I also enjoy playing the piano and the clarinet, eating hot peppers, being a single mom, roller-skating, cooking. I enjoy reading and standing in the rain. I am known to be a lil bit forward at times, and I also speak my mind. I have a bubbly personality, and I just enjoy life. I believe that you only live once, so live as much as you can. I have a 22 month old son, that means the world to me. I like to relax and sometimes sit at home, and clean up when I need to. I am somewhat more a quiet person. I usually keep to myself. My friends think that's a bad thing, becuase of the person i used to be.

How can you describe yourself? I am who I am. Funny, quirky, intelligent, irreverent with a need for conformity at times and abundant respect for doing the right thing. Insecure at times and awfully arrogant at others. Loving, generous and good sense of humor and an infectious laugh but also judgemental with an overdeveloped sense of propriety.

I am a pretty avereage guy, I like to have fun but also too work hard. I have an average build being about 200lbs and 5"7". I'm interested in anything new.

I am really big on movies, music and books. I don't get a lot of time for books or movies during the school year, but I try to catch back up with them over breaks. I'm not big on hanging out with super religious people. The only religious people I can hang out with are the ones that can keep it to themselves. I do enjoy discussions about religion, but if it gets preachy, I pull out.

I'm pretty big into computers and all things tech. I currently work for a rather large computer company.

I'm passionate about many things, and love to travel. I find it very hard to self-summarize myself, but hmm...I'll have to think about it.

I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there ought to be a Constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. Looking for REAL people! I am beginning to think they may not exsist, but I keep looking! I absolutely love the United States and everything about it because it IS the greatest country in the world. I have a bachelor's degree in astronomy, and I'm putting it to use by serving in the Air Force even though my job has nothing to do with astronomy. It's a ton of fun, but in reality I look at dots on a computer monitor all day (but believe me it's actually much more exciting than it sounds).

Anyway, I've recently moved back to Colorado after spending a year overseas in the arctic circle living through deadly blizzards; dealing with the 24 hrs of daylight, darkness, & isolation; avoiding hungry arctic wolves hunting for musk ox; gazing in awe at the arctic hares running on their hind legs to chase away rabid arctic foxes; surviving an arial assault by an angry nesting peregrine falcon; watching glaciers morph into icebergs; climbing up onto icebergs; hearing icebergs explode; swimming in the arctic ocean; fitting work in between all of these activities; and fending off the occasional polar bear attack.

I spent most of my time in Boulder, and I'd like to get out an explore Denver a bit more. Hopefully I find some activity partners so I spend less time answering questions or taking tests (but I like doing it anyway and it's kind of fun). I feel The Code of Chivalry and Courtly Love is basic doctrine and just plain common sense; I do my best to follow this code not because I find it convenient, but because I was brought up this way.

I tend to have socially/neo-conservative views, and I'm not at all progressive, which is out of place in a town like Boulder, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time at CU where I enjoyed hiking and skiing, and performed as one of the costumed mascots. I love being in Colorado with the mountains not too far away, and there's plenty to see and do in Denver. I also enjoy the occasional drive back to Boulder to walk around the old stomping grounds, but home is in Maryland where there's the ocean and plenty of seafood. My friends would describe my personality as laid back and easy going, and I've been told on more than one occasion that I'm very loyal. A few of my favorite pastimes are taking pictures, taking naps, cooking, walking on the beach and watching waves crash on the rocks (CA central coast!), going to baseball games (I heart Camden Yards, Coors Field, and AT&T Park), traveling/sight-seeing, road trips, and visiting museums (I heart Washington D.C.).

How should I explain my self, well I work and go to school getting my AS degree and hopefully transfer to a four year college and get my BS degree. I work for a computer company fixing computer which I have a lot of fun with the people I work with. I would say that I'm a goofy and geeky type of guy, I like to hang out with friends when I have the time, I wold have to admit I'm not a big party type of person but I do like to go once in a while, even though I can't really dance.

I like romance movies. Just finished watching (500) days of summer. It was the best movie I've ever watched in my life.

I live a pretty active lifestyle. You won't catch me sitting around a lot. Most of the time I'm at the gym working, working out or just trying to build my business. On my days of I'm either shooting down to Fort collins, going hiking, camping and when the winter shoots around I spend alot of my free time on the slopes. During the week I am typically at work from 8 in the morning to 8 at night so weekdays are hard for me to have any sort of life outside work. I love what I do and it does take a priority in my life! I don't live with my parents and I do work for what is mine! I am looking for a girl that has common interests and is understanding that my work is a high priority.

Summarizing one's self is completely asinine. When putting yourself into words; words developed from your own impressions of your personality; you'll either come off as having a supreme case of egomania or if you tell the absolute truth you'll seem meek and useless... Having someone do it for you is much more accurate as other people's impressions of you are not clouded by your own amour propre, insecurities, or deluded consciousness. Till then I'll do my best not to seem like an asshole.

Cooking, restaurateur-ing, and food is my life, I turned a knack for flavor into a profession which continues to make me happy. I'm from Dallas but I can't help but look out the window in the morning and realize that I'm in Colorado. Denver is nice because I'm only about an hour from hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, or just about anything else I've ever wanted to try. I love the outdoors and things like that. Although if you've ever met a Texan before you know that no matter where we are it's not as good as home. I can't explain why I love that hot, humid, flat piece of land so much, but I do.

I work with a bunch of strange people who spend countless hours playing those internet games so I really can't stand those. I don't own a tv actually.

I don't play games and I tell it like it is. I don't date married men (that includes separated too).

I am looking for someone with a sense of humor, independent, emotionally and financially secure. Someone that doesn't feel the need to be joined at the hip with their SO. I like having "me" time and whomever I date must understand that.

I'm not looking for one night stands or a UHaul on the second date. Just someone with common interests I can have fun with. Whatever develops from there is optional. Looks are not as important as character and personality. I'm not "looking" for a girlfriend. I happy and whole with or without one and I believe that love is something that happens in its own time, as opposed to something you can seek out. I also believe in getting to know someone and developing a friendship first and foremost.

Me: I lead a somewhat busy life but always find time for what's important to me. I spend a lot of time doing volunteer work and community service - giving back to the world around me is a crucial part of who I am. I also like movies, theater, concerts, cooking, hiking, biking, reading, taking photos, playing my drum, and just hanging out and having fun. Anything that involves laughter and/or coffee is always welcome :-)

I'm intelligent, hard-working, outgoing, introverted, funny, sensual, active, giving, loyal, and honest (amongst other things). My health, spirituality, and personal growth are my priorities. I will be honest and admit they haven't always been. IE: There are "before and after" pictures. My "after" is not yet complete.

You: drug and drama free, intelligent, stable, honest, communicative, with a good sense of humor. I want someone who I can have an intelligent conversation with and also be in comfortable silence with. Someone who's just as comfortable riding bikes or hiking as she is dressing up to go to the theater. Someone who is on a path of forward growth - no matter what the starting point (rather than just talking about why you're stuck). This will hopefully be on a long flight - friendship or otherwise - but your baggage is limited to carry-on only.

Alright it's hard to describe myself in a paragraph especially being that I am more than just a paragraph...
